Recreation Director Jaime (JAMIE) Dick talks about the registration process, new programs, special events, and league play for youth and adults. Of interest is replacement of the indoor track at Hagerstown Community College’s ARCC, home of the REC that will impact some programs. Plus--if you live in one of Washington County's 9 municipalities, your property tax rate will go down effective with tax bills on July 1st.
